The EU International Partnerships Academy caters to a vast audience, ranging from EU Staff, representatives of NGOs, international organizations, donors, stakeholders, development agencies, universities, member states, youth or civil society interested in online learning opportunities. The training resources are accessible to anyone, anywhere in the world, and on any device. For internal security and privacy reasons of the European Commission, access to the EU International Partnerships Academy is linked to the existence of an EU Login account.
In the upper-right corner of the homepage, click on the 'Log in' button. You will then be automatically redirected to the EU Login page. If you already have an account, use your login credentials. New users can easily create an EU Login account with their corporate or private e-mail address, by selecting the option “Create an account” and filling in the requested information. A confirmation link will be sent to the e-mail address used for registration. Once the EU Login account is validated, you can revisit the EU International Partnerships Academy. Upon your first login to the platform, you will be required to consent to the GDPR terms of compliance and fill in mandatory fields in your profile.
You can access the course of your interest in several ways. If you wish to learn about a specific subject, you can use the search bar to browse by preferred keywords. Alternatively, you can explore the course catalogue by topics to see all available learning resources on a specific theme. Additionally, there are five different types of learning resources: interactive e-learning courses, webinars, learning videos, documentation, and podcasts. Once you have chosen a course you want to follow, click on the 'Enrol me' button. Some of the courses destined only to EC Staff require an enrolment key. Please contact us, and we will provide it to you.
The learning resources on the EU International Partnerships Academy are self-paced, allowing you to learn at your own pace. If you encounter issues accessing a course, such as being unable to enrol or access the learning resources, please contact us, and we will glad to assist you.
Certificates of completion are exclusively issued for the interactive e-learning courses. These courses contain quizzes, tests, evaluations, and other forms of interaction, allowing us to assess the involvement and learning progress of users. The other learning methods (webinars, learning videos, documentation, and podcasts) serve a purely informative purpose and are therefore not intended for the certification of skills or knowledge. To obtain a certificate, you must complete all the modules and evaluations of the course, as well as submit your feedback on the course. If all of the aforementioned conditions are successfully completed, yet your certificate is still unavailable, please contact us, indicating for which course you want to be certified, and we will assist you.
You can subscribe to the EU International Partnerships Academy newsletter by entering your email address in the subscription form. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by updating your preferences on your profile page.
