A practical guide to the United Nations Operational System. The UN operational system – which provides for the delivery of both development and humanitarian support – has been undergoing various reforms, in particular setting up the Resident Coordinator/Humanitarian Coordinator to better bring all UN action together at country level. The purpose of this handbook is to support those reforms and to help make them a success. This handbook is unabashedly “pro-UN”.

This course is destined to EU staff in HQ and delegations.
